Mark Davis jewelry is presented in four collections: BAKELITE, WOOD, METAL, and COLLECTOR. Bakelite, Wood, and Metal are named for their primary materials. The Collector collection brings together exceptional materials and highly specialized techniques, including laminated, inlaid, mosaic, prong-set, articulated, and hand-carved work.

Each collection has its own character, but every Mark Davis creation begins with the same commitment to material, construction, and close attention. Mark works directly with a highly skilled team of artisans to realize each design to exacting standards.

Ancient jewelers’ techniques and modern manufacturing methods come together in the studio in Beaufort, South Carolina. Every piece is made by hand. Nothing is mass-produced; most works are one of a kind, and those created in multiples are made only in limited quantities.

Mark’s distinctive use of alternative materials is central to the work. By applying the discipline of haute joaillerie to materials not traditionally considered “fine,” he creates jewelry of uncommon color, presence, and character.
