We are pleased to offer complimentary FedEx shipping worldwide.

Most orders ship within 24 hours or sooner. If you have a date/time-specific shipping request, please note it in your order or contact customerservice@markdavis.com or call +1 843 466 6000 for assistance. We will do our best to accommodate your shipping request and will confirm your request as quickly as possible. Additional charges may be incurred for specially arranged shipping. You will not be charged additional fees for shipping without your explicit consent. Additional shipping charges are not refundable should you return your purchase.

All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) at our expense. Purchases are insured during transit against loss or damage. Import duties and any VAT are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Occasionally, an item you have purchased may be on loan for editorial or marketing purposes. If this is the case, we will notify you immediately with an anticipated ship date.

All shipments require a signature for delivery. This is a requirement of our insurer and cannot be be waived or overridden.
