Vanda Bangle

This cherry blossom pink bakelite bangle is inlaid with a continuous floral pattern in cool blues and greens, each flower cut to the same scale and shape, then overlapped with exceptional precision so the motif appears casually scattered around the circumference. The effect is light, rhythmic, and highly controlled — far more technically demanding than it first appears.

Amethyst, spessartite garnet, and pink sapphire are set in 18k yellow gold bezels, adding flashes of saturated color against the luminous pink ground. The composition is playful without being frivolous, refined without becoming too serious.
