These petite spherical stud earrings have been created from vintage bakelite beads salvaged from a necklace. The bakelite is solid black. Brilliant white diamonds have been bezel-set in 18k yellow gold and mounted to the front of the beads. The beads rest in highly polished 18k yellow gold cups with posts. These studs are extremely lightweight and comfortable for constant wear. These earrings represent a modern and far more interesting alternative to pearl studs.
